Ok, so I already posted that I hit 205lbs on the bench press (decline at that). Today I add another maxed out machine - the free motion calf machine. 400lbs. 3 sets of 12 calf raises, followed by another calf machine (which uses plates). But first was just an easy set of split single leg squats, on the balls of the feet. Also increased my single arm row to 75#.
